As a creative small business, each custom design is created with care and attention. I will work with you through the design process to ensure it meets your expectations before production.
Payment Policy
Payment is required in full before delivering your order. No items will be shipped, delivered, or released until payment has been received and confirmed.
Approval and No-Refund Policy
Before your order is finalized, you will be asked to review and confirm that you are happy with your design. Once you have given your approval and the order has been produced, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided. Because these items are custom-made, they cannot be resold or reused.
Turnaround Time
Estimated timelines will be provided during the ordering process. Please note that times may vary depending on the complexity of the project and current workload.
Ownership & Usage Rights
You may use your completed designs and products for personal or business use as agreed. I reserve the right to share completed designs in my portfolio or social media for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
